Please fill out this registration form and turn into NPBA office. 3 Hour Online Class with a 1 Hour in Person Practical at completion of online portion. *Online portion - Participants will be sent an email from Angeles Training with a link to start the class approximately one week before the practical date. Participants complete the class at their own pace but MUST have the online portion complete before the practical. *Practical is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., April 17th, 2026.
