Choosing a Builder:

We understand that choosing a builder can be difficult. Things we bring to help your confidence when choosing us is we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and high levels of communication. Luke the owner of Titan is a current director of the Building Industry Association of Washington. Luke is a 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 top 3 BIAW Builder of the Year Nominee and the first BIAW Certified Building in Clallam County. Luke is also the current President for the NPBA and part of the JCHBA, KBA, NAHB. Our team is very enthusiastic and looks forward to helping you with a memorable building experience. We are actively involved with our community as well and the building industry. 

Our Services:

We build custom homes and offer assistance with design, engineering, permitting and utilities. We work from the ground up including excavation, foundation and drainage to interior and exterior finishes. If you need a service we do not provide, we have trusted trades we work/coordinate with. We can and will help with all areas of your custom build. We have open and honest communication and will do what we can to make your dream home come true.
